If you are using Online Banking for the first time, please enter your 7 digit member number and your MATT password (automated telephone teller) in the password field. If you do not know your MATT password, please call Novation and we will assign you a temporary password. If you have never used the MATT system, your password should be the last 4-digits of the primary account holder's social security number.

Once you have completed the above step, you will be entered into an agreement screen and then be asked to choose a new online banking password. Your new password must be 8 characters (letters or numbers). As an additional security measure, you will be directed to enter a system generated security code that changes each time you log in.
